I began researching my own family genealogy eight years ago. I have reviewed thousands of public records, added hundreds of relatives to my family tree, traced my lineage up to five generations in the United States and the Caribbean, and uncovered zany and inspiring family stories along the way. It is out of my love for African heritage community development, family connection, and accurate research that Sankofa Genealogy Research was born. Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to receive my results?
Research for single orders will be delivered in 7-10 business days. Subscribed clients will receive on-going results and wrap-up consultations at the end of each order month.
Are results guaranteed?
No, genealogy research can be unpredictable. Sankofa Genealogy Research will do our best to find as much information for you as possible in the time allotted by your selected research plan. Purchasing a virtual tutorial or phone consultation may give you the peace of mind and confidence to continue researching on your own.
Do you offer refunds?
Happily, Sankofa Genealogy Research has not yet come across this issue. For any information that cannot be comfortably verified, every effort is made to provide tentative leads in the right direction. One revision and hours of dedicated time and energy are devoted to thoroughly researching each order. For this reason, no refunds will be offered.
Can I speak to my dedicated researcher directly?
Yes! Each order begins with a free twenty minute phone conference. Video wrap-ups are included with each monthly subscription. Video consultations for single orders are available for an additional fee.
Are custom orders available?
Yes! Site-wide discounts are posted periodically and customized subscription offers are available upon request for valued repeat customers.
